  I had an excellent experience with Dr. Grafe and his staff.
  
  The folks were nice and considerate to me. The procedure was done. I felt little pain during the procedure. I felt no pain afterwards because I was given a steroid and was able to use only Ibuprofen as recommended. I was given very clear verbal and written instructions, that were easy to follow.
  
  I received a follow up call from Dr. Grade inquiring about how I felt after the procedure. This has never happened to me before and I have had a root canal before this time.
